When you eat healthy chicken, you don’t have to worry about a chicken flu

Healthy chicken recipes make good meals, especially for a cold or flu-free summer.

But the question is whether healthy chicken is the best way to go if you have a flu or a cold?

The CDC recommends a two-week incubation period for chicken to be healthy.

If you’re feeling sick or are at risk of a flu-like illness, you can postpone the incubation for up to a week.

If you have an older child or adult who can handle a flu challenge, it may be wise to wait until the age of 60 to start the incubator.

The CDC says the incubators should be in an area that is isolated from other adults and children, and that the incubatory period should be at least 72 hours.
