Add the breadcrust mixture, salt, and butter.
Mix until well combined.
Add garlic and sugar, and cook until the mixture starts to thicken.
Add broth, chicken stock and water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
Add remaining ingredients.
Place chicken wings in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve hot or cold.
